Job Description Summary

  • Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers.
  • The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
  • Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
  • Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet
  • Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics
  • Training will be 0900-1630 M-F
  • A few days in Sunrise, FL then will go remote
  • Candidates will make $17/hr months 1-2
  • Months 3-6 pay rate will drop down to $15 an hour with the opportunity to make commission of $15 per approved sale (commissions ranges from $500-$800 every two weeks)
