What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from patients to learn about their medical history and challenges with fertility
- Coordinate with patients and physicians to ensure efficient fertility plans and medication management
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
- Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up with customers
- Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid CPhT license if residing in Arizona, or valid MA Tech license if residing in Massachusetts
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
- Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts

- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with fertility medications and treatment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
