EcoShield Pest Solutions in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline for our customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and messaging, and coordinating scheduling with field teams.

You will log interactions in our internal systems, support appointments, and help maintain precise records while delivering friendly, proactive service as part of a fast-growing company.
