Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Illinois to own the day-to-day payroll experience for a group of clients and to build strong relationships with them. You will learn and apply payroll and HR technology to help clients maximize value from isolved and related tools.
You'll manage payroll submissions, ensure accuracy and timeliness, answer client questions, and collaborate with YPD HCM colleagues to improve processes.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, learning technology, and making payroll easier for the businesses we serve.
This isn't just a payroll processing role. You'll own the day-to-day payroll experience for an assigned group of clients, build relationships with them, and help them get the most from the payroll and HR technology available to them.
You'll manage the payroll relationship for your assigned clients from payroll submission through completion and follow-up.
