Location: Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin

Shift Hours: Full Time, Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist patients during check-in, answering questions and collecting information accurately and compassionately. No prior healthcare experience is necessary; we will provide training. You must be vaccinated, pass a drug test, and a background check before hire.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling multiple screens and data entry in a busy environment, often interrupted by clinical staff.
• Supporting patients who may be ill or anxious, building rapport through attentive listening.
• Working on your feet, assisting with registration amidst varying health plans and coverage details.

Requirements:

The pay range is $17.00 - $24.07 per hour, depending on role, experience, and location.
