Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Illinois to support shipment billing, resolve documentation issues, and assist customers with inquiries in a fast-paced loading dock environment.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer/typing/10-key skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Competitive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $23.57 to $27.06 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
