Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role involves handling customer inquiries, billing questions, and shipment tracing, while maintaining accuracy on documentation and tariffs.

You will work on a loading dock environment and support a fast-paced logistics operation. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer and MS Office skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing

• Walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery
