Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to support shipment billing, inquiries, and documentation. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, on a dock environment. Pay ranges from $23.57 to $27.06 per hour with annual step progression and comprehensive benefits for those scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $23.57 to $27.06 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
