Job summary

XPO, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL to support shipments, billing, and customer inquiries. You will handle tracing, rate quotes, and documentation while maintaining accuracy in daily clerical tasks.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Health benefits and 401(k) included.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Minimum qualifications:

What you’ll do on a typical day:
