Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping, packaging, and industrial supplies, seeks an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, WI. You will process customer orders, advise on products, handle inquiries, and build lasting relationships via phone, email and chat using our world-class tools.

This full-time, on-site role offers 4- or 5-day schedules (including weekends), competitive hourly pay from 29 to 34 dollars plus a 4-dollar shift differential, comprehensive

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
