Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Club Manager

Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, assist with questions, conduct tours, and manage member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Address member service issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club.

• Actively listen and empathize to resolve issues.
• Recognize and analyze problems, suggest solutions, and seek assistance when necessary.
• Demonstrate tact and professionalism in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift
• Talk in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
