Bike & Kayak Tours is hiring In-Store Customer Service Representatives at our La Jolla Shores location. In Store Customer Service Representative for Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. (La Jolla Shores)

San Diego Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. is hiring for both full and part time Customer Service Representative positions. Do you want to work in a fast-paced, energetic, and flexible environment? We'd love to have you join our team!

Job Duties Include: Perform day-to-day customer service tasks, happily meet & greet customers, check-in reservations, operate POS system, provide information to customers in an educated and polite manner to close calls, and retail sales. Upon hire, customer service representatives will be trained on our Point of Sale system and reservation system (including phone sales/protocol).
