Job summary

FASTSIGNS España is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our FASTSIGNS Center in Woburn, MA. You will be the first contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished signs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service, a high school diploma, excellent communication and organizational skills, and comfort working at a computer in a fast-paced environment; experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service, retail, or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working at a computer, managing multiple projects, and handling detailed information throughout the day.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred (training provided as needed).
• Interest in learning about custom signs, graphics, and visual solutions for businesses.
