AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative III in Irvine, CA to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow scripted presentations, and perform basic lead qualification. The role involves guiding clients through mortgage products and transferring qualified leads to Loan Officers.

We value a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 1+ years in inside sales, with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of mortgage operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Inside Sales or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products. Communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments.
• Field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities.
• Transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers.
• Enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage CRM System.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative III you'll be handling customer inquiries regarding our mortgage loan products. You'll also handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients. Following a scripted presentation, you'll perform a basic level of lead qualification.

• Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products. Communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to escape customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments.
• Field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities.
• Transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers.
• Enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

What You'll Need

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $26.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
