Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to determine and meet customer expectations. This role may guide junior reps and support specific customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and order entry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills are essential to success in a fast-paced environment. Typical requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience.
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s).
Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.

Pay is from $23.28 - $29.11 USD Hourly
