Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Administrative Operations.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Ocean and Air Import & Export operations.
• Create and update shipments in operational systems, including CargoWise and TMS platforms.
• Validate shipping documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Monitor shipment milestones and maintain accurate tracking information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Provide shipment updates and operational support to customers and stakeholders.
• Support invoicing and reporting activities.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field. 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Administrative Operations. Conversational English proficiency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Ocean and Air Import/Export operations. Familiarity with Incoterms. Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems. Exposure to Freight Forwarding or Shared Service Center environments.
