Job summary

PTC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to bridge customers, plants, and the outside sales team. You will quote, price, and monitor orders, ensuring timely updates and accurate information across the order lifecycle.

We value precision, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication. This is a 100% in-office role at our Alliance location, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely pricing and basic product support to customers.
• Enter and check sales orders for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain quote records; log wins/losses and capture feedback.
• Assist outside sales with standard quoting activities and documentation.
• Deliver routine updates to the sales team regarding orders and inquiries.
• Make follow-up calls to obtain information and support sales processes.
• Assist with proposals and RFQs documentation.
• Support resolution of invoicing issues by gathering documents.
• Run reports as assigned and participate in internal meetings.

Manages the full lifecycle of steel tube orders—from providing technical pricing and lead times to monitoring production status and resolving complex logistical claims. Fast-paced industrial office, where precision in quoting and a proactive approach to sales support are essential to maintaining our competitive edge in the market.This is not your typical Customer Service role.
