Job description

Guest Expert - Guest Experience Call Center

Location: Dublin, OH

Job Duties

• Answer phone calls for all salon locations; book, cancel, and confirm appointments; direct guests to appropriate departments when needed; familiarize with all salon services to answer guest questions; fill out paperwork for gift certificates, standing appointments, packages, and bridal parties.
• Interact with all salon personnel, handling or referring customer complaints and concerns in a tactful, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Superior customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to listen, be patient, troubleshoot issues, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of computers.
• Flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Flexible with schedule to ensure appropriate coverage levels of the information center.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Looking for part‑time or full‑time availability – open availability for weekdays, weekends, or nights preferred.
• Position is onsite at BASE ONE in Dublin, OH.
