Customer Service Representative - Go Bus Scheduler

The Rapid is seeking a Mobility Assistant (Go Bus Scheduler) to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via telephone or in person to schedule trips, provide service information, verify eligibility, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update scheduling systems.
  • Manage ride cancellations, changes, and no-shows.
  • Coordinate between customers, carriers, and leadership to ensure quality service.
  • Use online scheduling systems to ensure accurate ride requests and bus routing.
  • Collaborate with paratransit schedulers as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma plus at least one year of related experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn scheduling software and proprietary systems.
Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $18.92
  • Full-time schedule: Sundays 8:30AM-4:30PM; Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Physical Demands
