Job summary

New American Funding is seeking a motivated customer service representative to assist borrowers and loan officers. You will respond to inquiries via email and calls, explain next steps for mortgage files, and help move applications forward with accurate data entry.

This is a remote position aligned with Pacific Time hours, with occasional overtime and Saturday rotation. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service and strong communication skills to support customers in achieving their

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email and outbound telephone to establish rapport and gather information.
• Educate customers and loan officers on next steps for mortgage files.
• Input data into computer systems and disposition files based on customer interest.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay is $17 per hour plus benefits
• Remote position with availability for Pacific Time schedule starting between 5am-9:45am PST
• Overtime and weekend Saturday rotation required
