Job summary

A-TSP is a customer service provider delivering support to clients' customers through phone, email and chat. This role offers work-from-home with a flexible 4x12 shift schedule.

Key duties include responding to queries, creating tickets, recording interactions and escalating issues when needed. You will also ensure customer satisfaction and perform basic QA during downtime.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and good phone etiquette.
• Experience with Zendesk is a nice to have; amenable to any shift including weekends.
