Job summary

XPO in Manheim, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support shipment inquiries, quote rates and resolve billing questions. You will work a daytime-to-evening shift and interact with customers, document issues and maintain accurate records.

Requirements include 2 years of customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong typing. We offer benefits from day one and a supportive team within a global logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

• Shift: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
