Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO to support the LTL business unit. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, tracing shipments, and processing billing with accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties, including answering and directing calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.
