Job Details

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $17.00/hr starting pay, increasing to $20.00/hr after successful completion of probation. Note: This is an entry-level position; key probation criteria include attendance, behavior, and learning ability.

Summary

Cutter Aviation seeks energetic customer service professionals. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the primary face of Cutter Aviation, building relationships and delivering world-class customer service to aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the aviation community. The CSR acts as the company's representative at the facility, handling customer interactions and operational duties.

Key Duties

• Assist customers via phone or in person, providing information about products and services.
• Manage reservation records and customer transactions, including inquiries and billing.
• Address customer dissatisfaction and resolve complaints; escalate unresolved issues.
• Complete contractual forms, update records, and process service orders using computers.
• Verify and coordinate orders for fuel and catering, and promote additional services.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations; perform airfield management activities, including escorting passengers and crew.
• Transport passengers and crew to designated locations on and off the airfield.
• Monitor aircraft arrivals, departures, refueling, and loading; maintain radio contact with aircraft.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with radio communication, phonetic alphabet, and military time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
