Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Kahului, Hawaii is seeking energetic team members to assist rental customers at our airport lot. This outdoor, dynamic role includes vehicle checks, processing rentals for loyalty customers, and helping at exit gates with a focus on friendly service.

A valid driver's license is required; on-the-job training and benefits are provided. Bi-weekly pay and flexible shifts are available based on status and location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Six months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout rental and return processes on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates.
• Check in vehicles at return and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to create positive experiences.
