The City of Bangor - Bangor International Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative!
This is a skilled, technical, and highly responsible position providing services for the airport's customers. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining aircraft services/scheduling software, coordinating aircraft arrivals/departures with required agencies and companies, arranging catering, hotel, and car reservations, operating courtesy vehicles, and performing daily customer service duties related to incoming flights. This role involves servicing various aircraft and often working independently. Please see the job description for additional information: Airport CSR.
Pay & Benefits Highlights
This position’s pay range is $17.42 to $23.42 per hour, and it is hourly/non-exempt. It is a full-time role, offering 40 hours per week, with several schedules available, including overnight shifts.
