The City of Bangor is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Bangor International Airport.
This is a skilled, technical, and highly responsible position providing services for the airport's customers. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining aircraft services and scheduling software, coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures with required agencies and companies, arranging catering, hotel, and car reservations, operating courtesy vehicles, and performing daily customer service duties related to incoming flights. The pay range for this position is $17.42 to $23.42 per hour, and it is hourly and non-exempt. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, with various schedules available, including overnight shifts.
