A Retail Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting our RVS customers with pre and post purchase inquiries. The position works cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, and Asset Management, while applying excellent customer communication skills. This individual handles inbound/outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support calls, emails, and texts. An RVS Support agent maintains ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is communicated.
We are seeking strong French and Spanish applicants
Starting pay is $17.00/hr, if bilingual it's $18.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm
3 weeks of training will be onsite in Alpharetta, GA - After training, you will work remotely
