Summary

A Retail Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting our RVS customers with pre and post purchase inquiries. The position works cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, and Asset Management, while applying excellent customer communication skills. This individual handles inbound/outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support calls, emails, and texts. An RVS Support agent maintains ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is communicated.

We are seeking strong French and Spanish applicants

Starting pay is $17.00/hr, if bilingual it's $18.00/hr

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm

3 weeks of training will be onsite in Alpharetta, GA - After training, you will work remotely

Essential Functions
  1. Responsible for providing excellent customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers’ expectations. Execute customer communication protocol.
  2. Handle all Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.
  3. Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands and manage rental truck inventory levels.
  4. Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
  5. Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain relevant files.
  6. Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal policies and regulations.
  2. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: Hourly, starting at $17.00/hr, bilingual $18.00/hr. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, and 401(k).
