    Job Responsibilities:

    - Handle customer interactions in an automated, high volume, remote (work from home) contact center environment.
    - Assist with credits, broad customer service issues, and take replenishment orders.
    - Sell the portfolio of snack food products to established and new customers.
    - Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers.
    - Address escalating customer issues according to procedure.
