World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Seville, Ohio (Medina Area). This full-time role offers paid training and no prior towing experience is required.

You will join our Customer Service/Dispatch team, handle high-pressure calls, dispatch services, and keep customers informed throughout the process. Responsibilities include taking calls, collecting required information, coordinating dispatch, and assisting with billing and scheduling.

• Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
