You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone. 1. Key Responsibilities:
   1. Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
   2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar.
   3. Provide information about services, pricing, and general pet care.
   4. Handle client check-in and check-out processes.
   5. Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary software.
   6. Process payments, issue invoices, and manage basic billing tasks.
   7. Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians regarding appointments and patient needs.
   8. Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
   9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
