Job summary

Island Energy Services. are hiring Customer Service Representatives to sell gasoline and convenience-store products at Texaco locations in Hawaiʻi.

This role requires flexible scheduling, cash handling, and strong communication to deliver excellent customer service across a busy retail environment. Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Standing and walking for long periods, occasional lifting 0-50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ethical, honest, respectful, patient and calm under pressure.
• Must be able to obtain up-to-date food handling certificates and TB clearance as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food & drinks, clean, stock and maintain food prep area in compliance with health codes.
• Perform daily station cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Stock and replace hot and cold items.
• Perform cash register functions in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide top quality service to every customer.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

IES Retail, LLC is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to sell gasoline and convenience store products at our Texaco locations. Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.

• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercising good judgment.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be able to obtain required up-to-datefood handling certificates, and TB Clearance as required by law.
• Able to work a cash register and provide accurate change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for sale of alcoholic products.

Preferred:

• Previous cash handling and customer service experience

Compensation

Salary Range: $17.00 -$20.00 per hour
