Job summary

Island Energy Services (IES) is seeking full- and part-time Customer Service Representatives to sell gasoline and Texaco products at our Windward Honolulu area locations. We’re a local retailer known for friendly service and reliable hours.

Eligible applicants must be able to work flexible schedules, communicate well in English, handle cash, and meet basic math requirements. Benefits include sign-on bonus, same-day pay, tuition assistance, medical coverage for qualifying hours, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing and walking for long periods; occasional lifting (0–50 lbs).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ethical, honest, respectful, patient and professional.
• Handle challenging situations with good judgment.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must obtain up-to-date food handling certificates and TB clearance as required by law.
• Able to operate a cash register and provide accurate change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for sale of alcoholic products.
• Preferred: Previous cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food & drinks, cleans, stocks and maintains food prep area in compliance with health codes.
• Perform daily station cleaning while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Stock and replace hot and cold items.
• Perform cash register functions in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide top quality service to every customer.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

• New Employee Sign-On and Retention Bonus of up to $2000.00 during the first 18 months of employment

Required:
