Once Upon a Child on Sawmill Road is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, stock merchandise, and explain the buying/selling process while contributing to company growth and promotions.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Attention to detail when inspecting and handling merchandise.
