Job summary

Once Upon A Child - Huber Heights is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers and consignors. Responsibilities include keeping the sales floor organized, helping customers quickly, and promoting a positive shopping experience.

Starting pay ranges from $11.50 to $13.00 per hour, with flexible hours, a 40% employee discount, and opportunities for growth into buyer roles or leadership positions as you gain experience.

Qualifications

Once Upon A Child - Huber Heights Staff Team Part Time

Salary Range:$11.50 To $13.00 Hourly

Our Sales Associates wear many hats, but the main role of the Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and sellers and to keep our sales floor organized, shoppable and stocked. This position promotes a high level of customer service by assuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Our new team members usually start in this position and our goal is to promote you quickly! From this position you are able to grow into a certified buyer and then explore additional positions that align with your strengths and availability, including stock team, social media, and management.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle a very fast paced atmosphere
• Must be reliable and able to work assigned schedule (we offer flexible schedules and will work with your availability!)
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day, lift up to 40 lbs., climb a ladder, perform bending and reaching tasks
