Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for on-site support at our Georgia branch. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This full-time position offers on-site shifts with growth potential and comprehensive benefits. Training and tools are provided to help you excel in a family-owned company known for its stability and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
