Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service at our Georgia branch. On-site, full-time shifts with training and career growth opportunities will support your long-term success.

You’ll handle orders, answer product and shipping questions, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat. Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
