Job summary

Service Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide order support and product information to our branch customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is 1–2 years in customer service, has strong communication and computer skills, and can maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is minimal.
