• Ensure jobsite locations and delivery instructions are complete and precise.
• Schedule orders in alignment with customer needs and company capacity.
• Proactively manage equipment spacing and delivery timing.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure efficient dispatch and on-time service.
• Work with customers to establish delivery schedules that benefit both parties.
• Help maintain a balanced workload (“flat demand graph”) for operational efficiency.
• Recommend value-added products when appropriate based on job needs.
• Support win-win outcomes through effective communication and negotiation.
• Promote a strong culture of safety in all interactions.
• Schedule deliveries in compliance with DOT Hours-of-Service regulations.
• Help prevent scheduling conflicts that could lead to compliance issues.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative works to satisfy customer needs while coordinating and negotiating delivery parameters that support operational efficiency and company success. What You’ll Do
