Dominion Aviation is a world class aviation company and a leader in general aviation services providing Fixed Base Operator (FBO) service, tailored charter solutions, aircraft management, FAA approved aircraft maintenance, and an award-winning flight school.

Dominion Aviation is a 7-day per week operation and is looking for team members who are excited to work in Aviation and can deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. If you are a successful multi-tasker, who remains calm during busy moments, answers calls, greets customers in person, places fuel orders, invoices and accepts payment for services, and provides information about Dominion Aviation, this could be the opportunity for you! This job requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, competent computer skills, and a calm and pleasant demeanor.

Requirements

We are looking to fill a Full Time position (30-40 hours per week) Monday thru Friday with weekend shift(s), night shift(s), and Holiday shift(s) depending on availability and scheduling needs with the Department.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Competent Multi-tasker
  2. Experience with telephone, computer, cash register
  3. Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner
  4. Excellent verbal and written skills
  5. Education and Experience – High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  6. 1+ year experience in a related field
