Job summary

Syndeo has a direct hire opportunity for a local aerospace parts manufacturer that focuses on machining. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for all customers and maintains open relationships between customers, vendors, and the production team.

This role coordinates purchase orders, manages internal schedules to ensure timely delivery, resolves routine and non-routine requests, and tracks customer performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP Systems, Exostar/ESIS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers and maintain relationships between customers, vendors, and production team.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate internal scheduling to manage delivery of customer orders.
• Resolve routine and non-routine customer requests and track customer performance.
• Pull, review, and enter/reject new and/or PO changes from the customer.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align customer schedules and communicate impacts to schedules.
• Utilize Smartsheet for coordinating pulls or expedite requests with team buy-in.

Job description

Syndeo has a direct hire opportunity for a local Aerospace parts manufacturer that focuses on machining. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for all customers and maintains open relationships between customers, vendors, and the production team. This position is responsible for being the focal point for the customer(s), processing purchase orders, coordinating internally to manage schedule and delivery for customer orders, resolving routine and non-routine customer requests, and tracking customer performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Pull, review, enter/reject new and/or purchase order changes from the customer.
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of customer metrics and takes action accordingly to address any rejectable item(s).
• Coordinates customer schedules with internal departments.
• Communicates any impacts to the customer schedule as needed.
• Completes any milestone, line of balance, or any schedules requested by the customer.
• Utilizes Smartsheet to coordinate any pull in or expedite requests for the teams buy in.
• Coordinate with the customer and internal team in advance of any items coming off of contract within the final year.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Pay: $16+ BOE

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP Systems, Exostar/ESIS
