Job Responsibilities

• Take and process orders via phone and in-store.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately, including making correct change.
• Follow directives, maintain quality control standards, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Analyze and compile order data and make good judgments and decisions.
• Work independently and collaboratively under stress.

Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet strict quality control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work alone and well with others.
• Comfortable working under stress and in fast‑paced environments.

Physical Duties & Conditions

• Lifting: Unload bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lift from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72".
• Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder for maintenance tasks.
• Forward Bending: Required at pizza assembly station; approximately 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day.
• Reaching: Continuously reach up, down, and forward, including above 72" for oven controls and price signs.
• Hand Tasks: Use hands continuously; shape dough, manipulate pizza peel and cutter, assemble packaging.
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on the phone; depth perception and near/mid-range vision for in‑store tasks; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
