Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wisconsin to handle inquiries via telephone, email, and chat. You will assist store customers with questions about the website and product range, place website orders, and track packages, while maintaining compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook & Excel.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders
• Assist customer with returns
• Process corrections for the website
• Product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
