Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas. The role requires following safety procedures and delivering professional customer service while working with a team.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with compensation of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, with potential forklift certification or driver’s

• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
