Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support onsite cleaning operations and ensure sanitation across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while following all safety rules and company procedures. Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers is essential, as is a professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs; maintain an acceptable MVR.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be required to be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning per schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:

No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

Completed all safety and task training certification.

May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shifts and Compensation

Monday to Friday: 6am to 230pm or 730am to 4pm.

$17-$18 per hour
