Job summary

Main Street Bank is seeking new Customer Service Representatives for our Wheeling market. This role will be based in our Wheeling branch but will occasionally serve the wider Wheeling/Elm Grove/St. Clairsville area.

Ideal candidates have retail banking or teller experience, a strong customer service philosophy, and the ability to pass a background and credit check. Saturday morning shifts are a regular requirement.

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to pass a background and credit check.
• Cash handling experience and reliable scheduling (Saturday mornings).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Wheeling branch and market areas.
• Assist customers with accounts, deposits, and everyday banking needs.
• Support cash handling duties and adhere to security procedures.

Main Street Bank is seeking new full-time OR part-time Customer Service Representatives for our Wheeling market! This role will primarily be based in our Wheeling branch but will have the ability to serve the entire Wheeling/Elm Grove/St. Clairsville Market area at times.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Retail Banking Experienceas a telleror customer service representative.
  • Bonus if you have been a vault teller, have experience opening and closing accounts, IRA experience, and understand HSAs!
  • Super Bonus if you have experience with consumer lending or have been a Universal Banker!
• A Great Customer Service Philosophy!Wewill want to hear about it!
