Job summary

Integrity Roofing is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR to be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle scheduling, payments, contracts, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office. Experience in customer service or reception is preferred, and Integrity offers growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for our sales team based on territories and routing maps.
• Follow up with leads generated by our overnight call service to ensure timely contact.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Process customer payments, review contracts, and answer basic questions about our roofing services.
• Create and maintain marketing, production, and customer project folders.
• Ensure customer records, contracts, and project documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Support daily office operations through customer communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative to complete them.
• Help create a positive experience for every customer who interacts with our company.
