is currently searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative to be one of the first voices our customers hear when they contact Canton Roofing. This role is a key part of our day-to-day operations. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, coordinate with sales representatives, and help keep communication clear between customers and our team. The right person is friendly, dependable, organized, and confident on the phone.

Hours Needed: Daytime Shift 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M - F)

Weekends and Evenings: Rotating weekend and evenings coverage may be required as needed.
