Crash Champions in West Haven, CT is seeking a customer service oriented associate to greet customers, answer calls, and support shop operations. You will help maintain a welcoming front desk and ensure smooth communication with service advisors.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and a friendly, patient approach as you handle inquiries, process payments, and assist in day-to-day clerical tasks to keep the shop running efficiently.

• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems.
• Balance month-end statements and perform other related duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
