Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Customer Service Representative in its Washington branch.

You will build customer relationships, process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and help customers navigate our online ordering system using our world-class technology. This is an on-site, full-time role with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus and helpful for training.
• Ability to learn product details and order systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and make product recommendations.
• Handle account inquiries using company technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert for pricing and shipping questions.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
